Our spacious retreat comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, featuring three queen-sized beds and a twin-over-double bunk bed. With over 1,500 square feet of living space, including two well-appointed bathrooms, you'll find plenty of room to unwind and enjoy your stay.
Relish the comforts of home with our fully equipped kitchen, complete with cooking utensils, a coffee maker, blender, and serve ware. For your convenience, we also provide a washer and dryer, fresh linens, and a seasonal charcoal BBQ. Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace, perfect for warming up or setting a relaxing ambiance.
Stay connected with high-speed internet and WiFi, and enjoy entertainment on two LED TVs, along with a Blu-ray player for your favorite movies.
Located just a short walk or bike ride from downtown Manzanita, The Sandcastle offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. Please note that our home is pet-free and smoke-free, with no exceptions.

Rates and Reservations
We’re proud to share our family’s home with yours so you can make your own Manzanita memories!
Off-Season:
Off Season Rates: $325/night minimum 2 night stay
May/June:
May/June Rates: $425/night minimum 3 night stay
Summer:
July through September: $3,000 per week Saturday to Saturday reservations only
Thanksgiving:
Week of Thanksgiving Rates: $3,000/week
Christmas:
Week of Christmas Rates: $3,000/week
Policies and Fees
RENTAL POLICIES:
For ALL Rentals, regardless of Season:
Refundable security deposit is $425 and is due at the time you book your stay and will reserve your time at Manzanita Sandcastle.
Full payment must be received 30 days prior to your arrival.
$200 cleaning fee
11.5% lodging tax.
Rates subject to change without notice.
Guest check-in time is 4:00PM
Guest check-out time is 11:00AM
Guests may park up to 2 vehicles at Manzanita Sandcastle.
Please do not use beach wood in our wood stove insert.
CANCELLATIONS
If a cancellation is made prior to 60 days in advance of your reservation, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
No refunds will be given if less than a 60 day notice.
NO PETS | NO SMOKING | NO EXCEPTIONS
We appreciate you respecting that Manzanita Sandcastle is a Pet Free, Smoke Free home.
This includes ALL forms of smoking. If evidence of pet and/or smoking is noted,
THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED
and you will be removed from the rental list.
